Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Turkish and able to speak one of: Arabic or Chinese or Malayi
• Must be familiar with Turkish, Middle East & Mediterranean Cuisine
• Hands-on individual with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in an Authentic and traditional Turkish or Middle Eastern restaurant or
• Have knowledge and skills in Authentic Turkish and Mediterranean and traditional Turkish appetizers (Hummus, Babaganoush, Cacik, Ezme, Sigara Borek, etc) and dishes such as Adana Kababs, Shish Kebab, Beyti, Ali Nazik, Lamacun, Karni Yarik, Iskender, Manti, Musakka, Patlican Kebab and desserts like Kunefe, baklava, Sutlac to name a few.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of spices and herbs used in Authentic Turkish cooking.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Food hygiene certification is compulsory

Operations Support:

Job Scope :

· Assist to oversee preparation process, portioning, presentation and quality of bakery products.
