The Guest Relations Executive is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. The Spa Therapist is responsible for retailing and delivering a variety of spa and aesthetic products and services such as body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, manicure /pedicure in a safe and professional manner.   The Spa Therapist will maintain the equipment, inventory of products, treatment tools and supplies, acknowledging and responding to relevant guest queries, needs and expectations.
