Responsibilities:
•Pay close attention to the global beauty trend dynamics, insight into the beautyneeds of different consumer groups, and plan the product line layout and productupgrade direction of the beauty category.
•Lead the planning and launch of new beauty products, including product concept,ingredient selection, packaging design, etc., to ensure that the products fit thebrand's positioning and meet the market demand.
•Establish and maintain good relationship with beauty suppliers, negotiate terms ofco-operation, control product quality and cost to ensure stable supply of qualityproducts.
•Develop promotional and marketing plans for the beauty category, combining onlineand offline channels, to increase product sales and brand reputation, and createexplosive beauty products.
•Analyse the sales performance and market feedback of beauty products, optimiseproduct strategy and inventory management in time to improve the overalloperational efficiency of the beauty business.
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above, major in beauty, marketing or other related majors is preferred.•More than [1] years of experience in beauty category management or related work experience, with successful cases of beauty product promotion.•Excellent knowledge of beauty products and understanding of production and sales norms and trends in the beauty industry.
• Strong project management and communication coordination skills, able to effectively drive cross-departmental cooperation.
