About The Inclusive Fund

Started in July 2021, The Inclusive Fund (TIF) is set up to provide interim/transitional support and bridge existing service gaps through supporting *transnational families, who do not receive sufficient formal forms of support/assistance due to eligibility issues, in hope to promote equity and social inclusion which focuses more on the needs of the children. TIF is NOT a financial assistance scheme but an advocacy effort to look for longer-term solutions to mitigate system barriers and supporting the transnational families to be self-sustaining.

Transnational lower income families with children and young persons under the families’ care, and

with at least one family member in the household who is a Singaporean Citizen/Permanent Resident

(PR) (TIF is open to looking at families with exceptional needs that fall out of this criterion), may apply

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

Define and implement scientific positioning and communication of products and Medical Devices as well as product launches in the local market. Generate new scientific data for clinical use of Merz products and support in-licensing and market access. Ensure qualification and training for sales forces and correct scientific knowledge for product promotion according to country specific legal and regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the achievement of business plans and scientific objectives as well as execution of measures

· Ensure the Development & implementation of therapeutic recommendations, websites and market know-how (Merz products, product launches)

· Ensure that Education and qualification of M&S and Health Care employees are according to legal requirements

· Ensure KOL Management and Medical Liaison for Medical Devices, e.g. treatment guidelines, reimburse-ment, NIS, IITs

· Carry out the development of scientific strategy to gain data (via NIS, IITs, Health Services Research) providing a basis for prescriptions, contracts, new relationships

· Support the Development of Business Unit strategies, objectives and measures

· Able to coach and manage Medical Science Liaison

· Working closely and align with Sales and Marketing team

• Providing scientific training for sales, marketing, or other internal personnel
• Providing in clinic scientific training to HCP upon request
• Facilitating of interactions between medical personnel and external investigators

Requirements:

· Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, M.D., Ph.D. in a medically related field) required with solid relevant clinical or aesthetics experience desired. Masters or Bachelors level degree in health sciences (RN, RPh, PA, Certified Diabetes Educator, NP, etc.) considered if substantial clinical, research or industry (medical/scientific role) experience in relevant aesthetics area is present.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs positions in Rx, OTC, Med. Dev. Markets

· Ability to train and prepare the sales team well in their interactions with medical professionals

· Strong interpersonal skills, including capability to engage in professional relationship building and networking

· Highly motivated with effective problem solving and planning capabilities
