Role and Responsibilities:

• To ensure technical team execute improvement plan and deliver saving or output in order to meet the project timeline and commitment
• To oversee and review operational activities and identify process improvements via process development and automation

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a high volume manufaturing environment
• Experience in automation machine design, PLC programming, hands-on experience in machining including CNC, conventional milling, lathe and grinding machine
• Knowledge of legal safety regulations for installation of heavy capital equipments and activity permits for medical device manufacturing company
• Knowledge in design, basic and detailed engineering and project management
• PLC and HMI programming knowledge in Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron and etc.
• Strong leadership and collaborative management skills
