Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and manage the sales of a range of interventional medical devices to hospitals, specialists and clinicians in your territory
• Builds positive relationship that generate future sales and repeat business
• Work with management to plan and execute marketing plans, product launch, workshops, etc.
• Do stock checks, stock counts and gather orders of consigned products in hospitals/clinics
• Ensure timely replenishment of stocks and help in delivery
• Provide updates on market information and industry trends
• Participate in trade shows/symposiums/meetings/exhibitions/travelling overseas when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma education level
• Possess minimum 1-2 years marketing/sales experience, preferably in medical devices or pharma products

• Reports to the Finance Manager
• Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, General ledger, Financial Reporting, Forecast, and Budget.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns for the clinics within the deadlines and accurate monthly accounts closing.
• Processing payments to the suppliers and ensuring payments are authorized
• Billing of invoices to inter branches for drugs or manpower transfer and intercompany billing
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation listing for all clinics
• Perform monthly reconciliation of payments and bank statements
• Prepare budget and cash flow statements yearly
• Liaise with external Corporate Tax agents on taxation matters
• Process staff claims and reimbursement of claims
• Maintain the General Ledger and reconciled monthly accounts, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Support regulatory and internal reporting, which includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies
• Manage and monitor performance metrics, KPI tracking, and reports of the finance team.
• Maintenance and enhancement of the MYOB software to meet companies.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and pantry items
• Other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• A recognized Accounting Diploma or Finance Degree. Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Business Accounting is a key requirement.
• Knowledge of handling a full set of accounts, payroll processing, CPF ruling, GST, and Tax regulations
• Motivated, proactive, and optimistic about overcoming challenges.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Pivot Table. MYOB knowledge will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum Supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines and with good time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Detailed and meticulous, with a good balance between implementation and accuracy.
