Job Description:

• Reception duties

• Attending to patient enquiries through phone calls, email, text messages

• Scheduling patient appointments

• Dispense medications

• Cashiering

• Filing insurance claims

• Managing stock inventory

• Filing & scanning of documents

• Other clerical / administrative work

• No need for chaperoning for doctors

Requirements:

• GCE O or N levels or higher

• Customer-service oriented

• Pleasant and enthusiastic personality

• Conversant in English & other languages

• Prior private specialist clinic experience minimum 1 year

• Able to multi-task

• Familiar with use of electronic medical records system Plato

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

• Minimum commitment period 1 year
