Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to attain company objectives and targets, in marketing & sales aligning with organizational goals.
Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to maximize team performance and productivity.

Uphold compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, furnishing regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and upholding the organization's brand reputation.
Demonstrate adaptability by being willing to work night shifts and on public holidays as necessitated by business demands.
Conduct safety-related training sessions to promote workplace safety standards and elevate overall safety protocols.
Interface with relevant government agencies and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health or related field & Preferably with management Degree.
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a registered WSH Officer (MOM) with practical exposure in the construction industry; familiarity with Data Centre projects is advantageous.
Certification in Project Management Plan (PMP) is preferred.
Possession of WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is desirable.
Licensed and Registered MOM WSH Officer.
Proficient understanding of WSH Act and associated requirements.
Experience in developing Training Management Plans.
A collaborative team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
