Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Conceptualize and implement the overall marketing strategy for all brands.
• Ensure alignment of marketing activities with brand equity.

Sales Impact and Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts positively impact sales performance.

Competitive Analysis:

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed of developments.

KPI Measurement and Reporting:

• Define and develop KPI framework to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Provide analysis and performance reports on KPIs, recommending improvements.

E-commerce Management:

• Evaluate e-commerce campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage e-commerce team, overseeing day-to-day operations (user experience, order fulfillment, customer service, content creation).

Team Management:

• Manage and develop the e-commerce team, including training, career development, and recruitment.
• Supervise offshore customer care/e-commerce support officer.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
  
• Digital Marketing Expertise:Prior experience in digital marketing strategy.
  Proficiency in SEO, Woocommerce, Shopify, Wordpress.
  
• Analytical Skills:Solid knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  
• Team Leadership:Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
  
• Personal Attributes:Self-driven and motivated individual capable of taking initiative.
  

Additional Skills (Desirable):

• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and campaigns.
• Familiarity with customer service and e-commerce support operations.
