Position Overview

The Regional HR Manager oversees human resources operations across multiple locations within a designated region. The Regional HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with regional or multi-site responsibilities preferred.

Core Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation (e.g. HRIS, personnel system, attendance system and etc) and liaise with service providers for resolution of issues when necessary
• Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.: refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in HRM /relevant field or higher
