Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll, CPF, MOM, IRAS, recruitment, insurance, C&B, employee relations, etc
• Responsible for managing daily HR operations functions with 1 HR assistant
• Handle employee on boarding off boarding procedures, MOM work pass, displinary issue
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the rapid growth & development of the Company

Requirements

• Degree in Business or any field with at least 3 years of HR experiences
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM Work Passes, HR practices and local statutory regulations
• Familiar with MOM Quota
• Familiar using any HRIS, or QuickHR
• Mature, proactive, independent, meticulous, details, resourceful and willing to handle multi-tasks
• Strong communication bilingual in English & Mandarin and interpersonal skills to communicate with associates
• Able to start immediately or within short notice would be highly advantageous

Job scope:

• Handling full spectrum of HR duties including administering employee benefits, employee relations, employee engagement etc
• Supporting on recruitment function and handling the full employee lifecycle process from onboarding of new hires to offboarding employees, work pass application
• Provide assistance on execution of performance management to drive for valuable performance evaluations
• Involved in team-building activities and events

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This role will support an integrated, value-based approach to human resources management, aligned to annual and long-term strategic business and HR initiatives in a large organization. • Lead a small team of Human Resource Business Partners in providing HR insights and advice to the business on all people related issues and initiatives
• Roll out HR strategies that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives
