Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all the onboarding/offboarding processes, paperwork for policies and procedures
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
• Foreign worker medical insurance, security bond and etc.
• Manage and assist the full recruitment processes
• Assist Accounts department in HR and Administrative duties.
• Develop training and onboarding material
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting software.
• Prepare Invoices, Payments and receipts in a timely manner

Accounts:

· Handle full range of accounting responsibilities, including overseeing accounts payable,

accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
