1. Handling of company/private vehicles' insurance, season parking, road tax, VPC, inspection and all other vehicle's related work.
2. Application/Renewal of worker's dormitory (Check-in & check-out), Primary Care Plan (PCP) & warehouse.
3. Application/Renewal of company's licences, certificates and memberships.
4. Booking of air tickets for employees and management.
5. Purchasing & distributing of worker's PPE, staff's uniforms and so forth.
6. Handling of petty cash for office and vehicle's maintenance department.
7. Sourcing and purchasing for office/site like stationery, machinery/ equipment’s' parts, etc.
8. Arranging of logistic both locally and overseas.
9. Other ad-hoc work like organizing 7th month praying, lunch events, visa application and so forth.
Full Spectrum of HR Duties
1. Tabulating and checking of monthly salary
2. Contribution of CPF/SDL/FWL/Donations
3. Checking all types of leaves taken by employees
4. Typing of company policy and memo
5. Course training and updating for both application and renewal
6. Application/Renewal of all types of Work Pass
7. Advertisement and recruitment
8. Maintenance of employee personal files
9. Levy waiver
10. Doing various survey from different organizations.
Assistant to Directors
1. Any work delegated by directors.
