Key Competencies / Skills

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience across a range of functions in HR; at least 5 years for Assistant Manager role.

• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3700+ AWS + 14 days AL

Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll administration covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff (with help of a part time staff).
• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements, government legislation and group policies and standards.
• · Manage all statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims e.g. annual tax filings, IR21, IR8A, NS Reservist claims, CDCA claims etc.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma and above
• Attentive to details, organized and with excellent numerical skills
• Must be able to handle 250 pax of payroll (3 entities)
• Experience in Times Software Payroll.
• Able to multi task and prioritize work
• Experience in handling foreign worker matter (eg. wp renewal, cancellation)
• With working experience in healthcare sector

Reporting into the HR Manager and supporting the day to day operations, you will:

• Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including employment letter preparation, employment pass application and renewal, employee offboarding
• Provide training support including course registration, data entry and administration of assessment
• Prepare and submit statutory reports when required
• Support other HR projects as required

Skills and experience required

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
