HR Manager (Construction/Shipyard Industry)

• Managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs
• Planning and coordination of company events and manage employee welfare and wellness programme
• Primary contact for payroll execution and overseas manpower administration
