Responsibilities:

Staffing

• Work with the hiring managers on manpower requests and ensure timely filing of vacancies.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify high growth areas and expand School identity in Indonesia, VIetnam, Thailand and Philippines.
• Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with education institution and colleges across different geographical locations.
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent and student recruitment.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
• Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
• Provide administrative and operation support to the Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
• 3 years of relevant working experience as student recruitment in an international private education industry.
• Driven by a passion for student recruitment and sales, with a strong goal-oriented focus.
• Proficient in English and Chinese as required to liaise with stakeholders from diverse geographical locations.

Remuneration and commission will commensurate with sales targets.

Candidates are to be comfortable with company relocating to Kim Chuan area by end of 2024.

Job Description:

• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Department.
• Coordinate and support company’s recruitment activities (including job postings, conducting reference checks, scheduling candidate interviews, application/renewal of passes etc).
• Manage pre and post employment activities such as onboarding/offboarding/orientation. Support HR Department in company wide activities/events, including support for the admin department in building/facilities management.
• Maintain and update learning/training, appraisal records etc.
• Office administrative duties.
• Manage employee’s requests regarding human resource issues/company regulations etc as necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Detailed, meticulous with good organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge/understanding of employment labour laws would be an advantage.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7:50am - 4:55pm)
• Location: Tuas Link (Company transport pick up at designated point island wide)
• 1 year contract (Renewable/ Extendable)

• Oversee the entire recruitment and talent acquisition process
• Manage vacancy requisitions and update manpower transactions
• Post job openings through internal and external channels
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source candidates
• Conduct interviews and screenings, selecting candidates that align with hiring managers' needs
• Administer work passes and manage onboarding procedures
• Organize and participate in career talks and job fairs
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports
• Assist in the development of company recruitment strategies
• Coordinate Workplace Health Promotion and company recreational activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
