Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the country, as well as regional HR team to deliver excellent business partnering support to the business. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas namely in recruitment, learning & development, employment engagement and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Support in employee relation matters to address potential employee’s grievances and disciplinary issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in HR Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing environment with direct sourcing capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of local labour legislation.
• Independent, meticulous, team player and possess good communication & interpersonal skill.
