Responsibilities

• Responsible for anchoring recruitment strategy and activities, including quality delivery of essential HR services (EVP, recruitment outreach, platforms, institutions etc.)
• Serve as talent partner to key business divisions, working closely with business stakeholders to support business expansion

Requirements

The Job:

• Actively support the recruitment process for the Management Associate Programme and assist in identifying and implementing talent development programs.
