Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge in all aspect of accounting.
• Experience in balance sheets schedules
• Perform timely closing of accounts and submission of GST returns
• Assist in internal control implementation
• Verify accuracy of financial and transactional data daily and perform monthly reconciliation of statement of accounts with bank statement.
• Ensure timely billing to clients, verify receipts and payment details with transaction documents.
• Input of suppliers’ invoices and process credit notes/adjustments
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes assigned, e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programs, and etc.
• Process monthly payroll timely for all staff
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

The Job

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR Services related issues

Responsibilities

Organisational Design

• Collaborates with business leaders to interpret business needs and people priorities. Contributes to the design and/or integration of the holistic organisational plan (i.e., talent, structure, culture, process) for an assigned organisation. Partners with business to monitor, execute, and continue to evolve and inform the design.

Organisational Diagnostics

• Partners and consults with peer HR disciplines (e.g., Talent Management, Organisation Development, HR Business Insights) on leveraging the systems model, diagnosing talent pyramid and talent management processes/programs, interpreting results, and building recommendations based on data analyses. Assesses, interprets, and presents findings on organisational effectiveness, and designs and implements assessments or solutions for an organisation.
• Interprets results of analyses provided by HR Business Insights on talent management processes (e.g., attrition, movement, polls, compensation patterns), talent needs, and risks. Identifies trends/themes, communicates findings with the business as well as the broader HR community, and provides recommendations to senior leadership about organisational strategies, goals, and actions. Change Design & Orchestration

People Plan

• Identifies gaps in current people plan, people programs, and tools to develop critical skills and maintain productivity. Participates in creating the people plan for an assigned client, organisation, or time zone.

Strategic Talent Management

• Identifies talent strengths and needs through ongoing assessment of business needs. Partners with Talent Management to translate business priorities into talent management outcomes. Design approaches to help business leaders make decisions to build, buy, or borrow talent and assess impact of the decisions.
• Assists in building strategic talent plans aligned with organisational strategy, data (e.g., attrition rates, hiring trends) and budgets. • Implements talent movement plans in partnership with Talent Management and Talent Development Management (TDM) by identifying potential successors using business insights and data.
