Duties of Human Resource Manager:

• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements.
• Conduct salary benchmarking for new hires and adjustments for current employees.
• Handle government disbursements for various allowances.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations and management to assess manpower needs.
• Lead annual performance evaluation process and manage salary adjustments.
• Monitor staff evaluations and track core competencies.
• Coordinate training courses for employees.
• Manage company's general insurance needs with external agents.
• Record minutes in monthly meetings.
• Oversee other HR projects and administrative tasks as delegated by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience

Job Details:-

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, facilitating
  interviews, reference checks, employment offer and negotiation of salary package
• Advertise positions via various platforms and execute innovative sourcing methods to identify the right candidate for the organization
• Review manpower requirements with the Hiring Manager and develop recruitment strategies to improve hiring process
• Develop strong relationship and work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruitment process
• Responsible for work pass application and renewal
• Prepare Recruitment Status reports in Excel for Management reporting
• Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary issues
• General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc
• Maintain & updating HRIS
• Submission of vendors’ invoices to internal system
• Responsible for hotel reservation & booking of air-ticket including visa applications
• Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required

Skills / knowledge / experience required and/or preferred:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, HR or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
• Experience in recruitment will be a great advantage
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Well-versed of local Employment Act and prevailing HR practices
• Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
