Key Responsibilities

• Execute the complete payroll process for about 40 employees, including annual tax submissions and tax clearances for departing staff.
• Take charge of and submit required government-related documents and transactions, including work pass processes, labor surveys, foreign worker levy exemptions, and various licenses.
• Compile and prepare HR-related paperwork.
• Serve as point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee the entire hiring process from advertising job openings to welcoming new employees.
• Handle the administration of insurance policies and process claims.
• Communicate with and manage vendors and tenants regarding office and building upkeep.
• Offer administrative support focused on staff welfare and workplace safety.
