• Analyse data and trends in organizational diversity metrics, define and assess key business critical metrics and deliverables, both short and long term

You'll need to have:

• 5 to 7 years of recent work experience in a the financial or technology industry

• Strategic and operational experience delivering D&I initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders
