Key Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of Human Resources; Work pass management, IR8A, IR21, WICA, Medical Insurance, Attendance, Disciplinary, etc
• Ad-hoc activities required by government agency

• Various reports to Director, HR Manager and Shipyards
• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by Director, HR Manager

Requirements:

• 1 years experience and above is preferred

• Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability

Academic

• Check and reply email
• Inform students on course related information e.g. orientation, class commencement date, exams, student pass matters and etc
• Coordinate exam related matters
• Conduct new student orientation
• Assist on industrial attachments and project work matters
• Set up classrooms (both online and offline)

Human Resource

• Assist in recruiting part-time teachers
• Arrange interviews
• New staff account creation

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent

Skills Required

• Possess relevant working experience in HR and Admin roles
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Good customer service
• Good team player, and able to work independently

• Ensure all client’s expectations are met during the onboarding and offboarding process
• Conduct regular check-ins, responsive towards client’s questions and update clients on the progress of the onboarding and offboarding process
• Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during the onboarding and offboarding process timely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Posses Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or its equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
