Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in offer negotiations and issuance of Letters of Appointment (LOA).

Employee Administration:

• Handle all login and leave application issues.
• Attend to audit matters.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate training requirements and manage related administrative tasks.

Exit Management:

• Manage the exit clearance process, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.

General Administration:

• Assign and replace access cards, issue staff IDs, visitor passes, and contractor passes.
• Manage IT access including email IDs, MS Windows access, and laptops; maintain accurate records.
• Support company events, including special lunch arrangements and festive decorations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
• Preferred background in FMCG industry / Food industry.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., Infotech, Payboy).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
