1. Employee Services & Data Management
- Oversee the delivery of HR services end to end, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle processes and learning administration.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain service catalogue and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure and improve service performance.
2. Employee Experience
- Identify employees’ touchpoints and design a framework to deliver the best-in-class employee experience from hire to retire stage.
- Investigate and resolve service gaps, HR system issues and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support business expansion and provide innovative solution for complex issues.
3. Process Optimisation
- Harmonise and improve operations efficiency through automation and digitisation.
- Work with Digital and various functions to provide input on technology solutions to improve HR service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains innovative and proactive.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR Shared Services or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, HR processes, and shared services best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
