Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assist the HR Manager in HR administrative tasks.
• Plan and execute strategic HR plans aligning with the organization's goals.
• Plan and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
• Checking and submit of monthly payroll and tax clearance.
• Submit monthly HR reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in equivalent HR roles.
• Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management and employee development.
• Experience in budget management, compensation and benefits administration is a plus point.
