Key Responsibilities:
· Advise stakeholders and hiring managers in the business and central function departments, as a Subject Matter Expert for the Singapore talent market
· Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development
· Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work
· Champion Employer Brand internally and externally
· Manage market and industry mapping for assigned portfolio
Qualifications:
· Strong direct sourcing and headhunting ability for business and/or central functions roles; demonstrate a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish
· Proven ability to take initiative, accomplish goals, and manage multiple demands across different teams and projects
· Strong analytical skills to assess key hiring metrics and propose actionable solutions for enhancing the candidate experience and pipeline quality
· Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, and ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace
· Confidence in working within a matrixed structure, collaborating on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company objectives
