Responsibilities:
1) Achievement of monthly sales and Margin
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
2) Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth orderprocessing and delivery- Ensure prompt payment collection
3) Sales Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence
- Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making
4) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives
5) Team management including training, and lead a high-performing sales team
6) Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the team to ensure they meet individual andcollective sales goals
7) Represent QB professionally with customers and vendors while conducting business according to the values of a world class organization. Promote a culture of inclusiveness, teamwork and cooperation that allows

Education:
Diploma & above
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail FMCG sales or a related field 3- 5 YEARS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed
