We are looking for individual who are keen to develop a career as a HR Services Consultant to support specialised HR services to our diverse clientele.
Job Responsibilities
HR Support Service
- Provide general advisory services on Malaysia's employment laws, local HR practices, typical compensation, and benefits of employment.
- Advisory on local and foreign manpower hiring strategies and quota including application, renewal and termination of employment and work passes of clients’ foreign staff including expats.
- Review/Update HR Policies and Employee Handbook for clients.
- Review/Advise Options for Benefits Management for clients.
- Advisory and Assistance in preparing the employment contracts for new hires, promotion, and termination/dismissal letters for departing employees for clients.
- Provide advisory to clients on MOM compliance matters on fair employment practices, retrenchment, termination, and dismissal.
- Assist clients on employee grievance management and handling.
- Provide advisory to clients on industrial relations, misconduct and assist in the investigation on disciplinary matters.
Payroll Outsourcing Service
- Administer and oversees the full monthly payroll cycle on behalf of clients using payroll software.
- Manage and process bonus, commissions, leaves, claims/expense management and reimbursement.
- Administration and submission of annual employees’ tax returns including tax clearance for departing foreign employees.
- Manage submission for government parental leave submissions.
Work Pass Application Service
- Consult and provide advisory support to clients on the various types of work pass types, criteria, and eligibility.
- Handle entire Work Pass Application process on behalf of clients.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource. Diploma in Industrial Relations is an advantage.
- 10 years of experience working in the corporate sector in payroll and human resource operations.
- 1-2 years of experience managing industrial relation related.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
