The key focus for the Senior Recruiter is to manage the day-to-day operational delivery, whilst managing your own workload, coaching/supporting the team, whilst partnering with stakeholders and your leader.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment Operations, you will assist in driving best practice across recruitment operations and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

•  Communicating the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects and additional service offerings.
• Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Managing your own req load, as you continuously add value to your remit, and the account.
• Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the ‘AGS Way’, ensuring seamless delivery between the onsite and offshore resources.
• Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities.
• Managing relationships with third-party service providers as assigned.
• Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests 
• Recruiting, inducting and training new team members where and when required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build collaborative partnerships with APAC business leaders and key stakeholders to develop an innovative, cohesive recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's strategy, growth priorities and workforce plans.

• Develop and operationalize a talent planning model in partnership with the business to enable the creation of both short-term and long-term recruiting plans for APAC.

• Provide purpose and direction to your team through a clear, inspirational vision; empower the team to do great work by removing barriers and allocating resources.

• Provide input and direction into the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes, including workforce planning, location and cost analysis.

• Experienced in collaborating with workforce planning leaders and HR to understand hiring demand and translating that into hiring plans.

• Cultivate partnerships and collaboration with key Internal and external parties

• Ensure that the APAC Talent Acquisition team fulfills all mandatory hiring requirements, reporting and record management and adapt standard processes to address market variances, as determined by legal and regulatory requirements, and/or market maturity

• Inspire, develop and elevate APAC Talent Acquisition team members by cultivating a team culture of ongoing learning, collaboration and a drive for excellence.

• Develop and operationalize a talent planning model in partnership with the business to enable the creation of both short-term and long-term recruiting plans for APAC.

• Establish a strategic point of view on providing people insights through data to support the business and leaders in driving business decisions in APAC.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
• 1-2 years of experience within recruitment is required for this role. Happy to consider candidates currently operating in an internal function, of those working agency side looking to transition 
• Experience from executive search and selection is highly beneficial
• Fluent English verbal and written skills are required
• Knowledge of social media and experience with LinkedIn in recruitment processes
• Tech-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office
