We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Assistant to join our Group HR Team!
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Work Pass Management (application, security bond, renewal, cancellation, etc).
HR Letters (letter of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc).
Leave Management (leave application, leave record/update, etc).
Training Administration (training application, registration, etc).
Filing Management (Recruitment, P/File, Payroll, etc).
Resignation/Termination Management (staff exit clearance, staff exit interview, air ticket purchase, etc).
To support administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Min Diploma holders with relevant job experiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Resourceful and independent.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess good time management skills and able to mutli-task.
