• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure M&E and Fire Protection systems are properly planned and installed.
• Review and ensure M&E and Fire Protection work aligns with specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and address technical or site-related issues, proposing solutions to the Project Director/Project Manager.
• Oversee the progress of M&E and Fire Protection work on-site to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractor work for M&E and Fire Protection, keeping them on schedule.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Min 1 -3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a facilities management role.
• Knowledge in BIM

• Source, screen, and interview applicants via various hiring platforms.
• Manage work passes for foreign workers, including renewal and cancellation.
• Administer staff confirmation and facilitate performance evaluations.
• Address HR-related queries and handle disciplinary matters.
• Ensure timely completion of HR/admin duties as per project timeline.
• Maintain proper documentation through filing and organization.
• Coordinate new hire activities, including contract signing and orientation.
• Update employee data in P-files and shared drives.
• Support HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in construction/F&B.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with WHYZE HR payroll system is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask.
