HR Manager
· Work Closely with department heads on manpower recruitment in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam , source for candidates and conduct interview
· Perform all necessary administrative works in the recruitment process including process Foreign Work permit including application/renewal/cancellation of permits ; handle staff movements and resignation.
· Assist in formulating strategic compensation programme and staff benefit scheme
· Provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guideline
· Manage monthly payroll including overtime, allowance claims, and other employee benefits and prepare monthly payroll summary. Ensure all payment comply with statutory (CPF, tax filing)
· Submit NS Make up pay, maternity and childcare leave
· Update and maintain annual leave, medical leave, claims
· Coordination of training programs and activities
· Managing of insurance claims and report
· Handling Staff compensation and process
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management and/or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in handling payroll
- Proficient in MPM employment act
- Possess good organisational, interpersonal and communication skill
