Job Scope

• Being First Tier IT support for Singapore and Malaysia, and as a backup to other members in Global ITC Team
• Daily helpdesk on call for all pc problem of hardware & software.
• Daily maintenance IT devices
• According to department head directives, manage implementation of projects, time and communications

Job Description:

• First contact point for consulting and support of all IT-topics
• Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
• Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)

• Digitalization and optimization of processes in cooperation with other departments
