Responsibilities

• Plan, curate/organise relevant programmes and materials to strengthen employee well-being and build an engaged workforce.
• Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of the programmes which includes venue booking/preparation, registration and logistics coordination.
• Ensure timely processing of payment to vendors for services rendered and proper accounting records of the transactions.
• You will also work with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to:
• Curate and organise learning programmes to equip supervisors on the know-hows on supporting their officers’ well-being.
• Provide administrative support for in-house learning programmes (e.g. orientation for new officers)

Requirements
