• Providing detailed and accurate quantity take-offs as per the technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work, and ensuring the completeness and timely submission of tender bids.
• Preparation of quotations and liaising with my QS Executive about the pricing, value engineering, and analysis project budgeting.
• Providing timely clarifications for ongoing submission within the tender duration and tracking the design changes of tender drawings.
• To develop and propose documents in response to RFP, and RFQ, study.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector.
• Strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, positive work attitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Committed, independent, and a team player.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
