The Role

• Salary: Basic from $4000 - $4700 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Phone Reimbursement

Job Scope:

• Growing our base of new specifiers and businesses
• Developing key specification tools to boost sales and visibility
• Influencing architects and specifiers to adopt company systems in their proprietary specifications
• Maintaining close collaboration with R&D and Technical departments on specification-related matters
• Ensuring high levels of customer service by actively engaging with architects, consultants, and key specifiers
• Conduct architectural and engineering presentations and training sessions
• Participate in product presentations, seminars, and industry events
• Support sales teams in client meetings regarding specifications
• Provide insights into competitors and market trends
• Promote company products to key stakeholders such as architects, consultants, developers, and contractors
• Prepare marketing action plans as needed by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry (though not mandatory)
• Experience in specification-related tasks can try
• Experience in dealing with architect
• Car ownership is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present to diverse audiences/groups
• Able to present confidently and convincingly to a wide variety of audiences/ groups
