Job Description

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable duties, such as preparing invoices, issuing payments, filing, and bookkeeping.
• Track and manage cash flow, handle bank reconciliations, and conduct general record-keeping.
• Prepare annual documents for IRAS filing in collaboration with an external accountant.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for Directors and Shareholders.
• Prepare financial statement forecasts, cash budgets, and submit GST reports.
