Responsibilities

Assistant Senior Social Worker

This role will be working with youths and their families in a residential setting.
List of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Individualised case management, including conducting case conceptualisation, setting goals and interventions plans, conducting monthly individual and family sessions, and review of progress towards goals.
• Work closely with the Probation Officers (POs) and Child protection officers (CPOs) for co-case management, and also other stakeholders including families, school and employers.
