• Troubleshooting all the mechanical equipment on board vessels.
• Jobs involved engine equipment removal, reinstallation, servicing, repair and reconditioning, commissioning activity.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop.
• Managing team and delivering ship / shipyard schedule required.
• Carrying out any retrofit job for new equipment installation on board vessels.
• VSCC meeting, permit to work system, and trade certificates are required
• Managing of workforce and job, writing job completion report, submitting cost evaluation, liaise with owners representative, and always have to follow company SOP.
• Any other duties as assigned by ship repair manager and management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Able to read drawings and write service reports.

Your new role

• Drive Demand Generation programs for APAC in collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships, BDRs, Sales and Strategy & Operations, with a view to build an action plan to address demand generation gaps
• Manage a cadence of key reviews with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to the Apac team. Develop agendas that are strategic and steer the conversations to help address key gaps and decisions needed
• Orchestrate Sub-Regional reviews of key pipeline metrics; surfacing actionable insights on revenue pipeline trends
• Lead planning for Programmatic GTM: align the execution of the sales plays - prepare the execution strategy, align with the BDR teams on target account lists, manage quarterly demand generation plans, campaign and programs execution and tracking, communication actions and review of results. Own the calendar, the timeline, and oversee execution.

• Experience managing and working with complex and matrixed stakeholder teams
• Deep program management skills with a detail oriented and execution focused mindset
• Experience working across APAC with an understanding of Sub-Regional nuances
