• Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
• Support and manage in companys events and activities such as stock take, annual dinner, festive celebration and others
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate data, reports and office administration
• Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff training & development
• Conduct staff orientation and regular briefing on company policies and procedures
• Administration on Foreign workers work pass application/renewal/cancellation
• Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration/Business Studies or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Construction/Manufacturing industrial sector
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between HR and other departments
• Knowledge in Info-Tech system is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, Employment Act, HRIS

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of business process design and conceptualization skills are essential.
• Must know MS SQL/SSIS, and knowledge of Crystal reports/Qlik View/Excel VBA/Python is an advantage.
• Experience with Navision is an advantage.
• Essential skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues into plain sentences for customers and stakeholders.
