Job Responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
2. Overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent in the tech industry.
3. Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development programs.
4. Implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
5. Leading initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
6. Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
7. Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
2. Over 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to implement innovative HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
