• Support the development of organizational objectives,projects,growth and initiatives
• Be the main contact and perform liasion with Government bodies like MOM,CPF,IRAS to comply with Singapore rules and regulations

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of Human Resources; Work pass management, IR8A, IR21, WICA, Medical Insurance, Attendance, Disciplinary, etc
• Ad-hoc activities required by government agency
• Apply and follow up on government grants
• Various reports to Director, HR Manager and Shipyards
• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by Director, HR Manager

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or other discipline with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong Knowledge of the Employment Act
• HR experience in Marine Shipyard or Construction industry is an added advantage
• Ability to work / communicate with foreign workers
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
