He/She will help connect management with employees, build CFS brand as an employer of choice as CFS grows and expands its services and operations in the near future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, administer and maintain the Human Resources Management System and database, including records’ updates, system audit and process flows.
• Manage the outsourcing of the organisation’s payroll with vendor including filing of legislated claims and reports.
• Manage full spectrum of the employee life cycle from onboarding, day to day HR operations to offboarding.
• Manage and administer government, statutory board and salary surveys.
• Manage the benefits programme where CFS can be an employer of choice in the non-profit sector.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in terms of manpower regulations and industry practices.
• Bridge management and employee relations on all related human resource issues and concerns.
• Nurture a conducive working environment and culture that reflects the values of CFS as an organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree from an accredited university in human resources, or comparable qualifications.
• At least 2 years working experience in human resources operations and payroll portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices
