Job Description:

• Perform AWB(s) draft for customers/forwarders/overseas agents for checks.

• Export request to prepare draft permit before shipment arrives.

• Liaise with Customers & overseas agents.

• Perform checks on cargo and confirm the weight/dimensions and key in the correct detail to the system & print out the AWB(s) original copy.

• Send pre-alert, billings, emails etc.

• Visit the warehouse physically to check the cargo if there are any discrepencies and ask for instructions from the TL when required.

• Pre-declare customers permits.

Job requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels.

• Proficient in MS office.

• Able to work well in teams.

• Able to work overtime if required.
