Reporting to the HR Manager, this position supports the HR functions and is responsible for the daily HR administrative duties, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, staff orientation/induction, and office administration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer employees' records and ensure required personal documents are in place.
- Documentation preparation for onboarding and offboarding.
- Updating HR policies, guidelines, processes, and referral programs.
- Data entry of employee data into the HRIS and ESS system
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting.
- Administer Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Perform reference checks for candidates.
- Provide response to employees' enquires on HR-related matters
- Prepare Employee Commendation Award Certificates and Vouchers
- Coordination of employee induction and training programs
- Provide support on HR initiatives, CSR activities, employee engagement activities, process improvement projects, and events.
- Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances.
- Filing of documents and P-files.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
- With 3 years of experience in HR administration
- Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, result-oriented, take the initiative, and able to work under pressure
- Independent and highly resourceful driven individuals
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

- Experience in recruitment cycle and work pass applications
