Our CLIENT is a global key player in the heavy equipment and engineering sectors providing a comprehensive range of products and services to support various industries in the supply chain, construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas, and other heavy industries.
The Job:
- Spearhead the HR department of the organisation to perform routine functions including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, policy development and implementation, legal compliance, employee engagement and retention, HR metrics and analytics and strategic planning.
- Oversee workplace safety function of the company
- Acts as the Chairperson for C-level's meeting, organisation committee and other activities
The Candidate:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR leadership role and a HR Generalist
- Prefer with working experience in heavy industry and a mid sized company
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Acts, Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), Government Employment or Support Schemes
- Experience in HR digitalisation and improving processes
- Experience in Training Management and Succession Planning processes
- Excellent People and Communication skills
- Possess Leadership skills and qualities
Other Information:
- Working Location: Jurong West/Pioneer, Singapore (walking distance to MRT station)
- Working Schedule: 5-Days Working Week, normal working hours
- Permanent and full-time employment
