Job Description

• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts
• Administration of tenders - prepare Quotation, tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities , cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
• Taking off quantity for tender.
• Assist contract managers with other duties as required from time to time.

Requirements

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence

· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.

· Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

· Possess 2-3 years of working experience in construction field, however marine construction is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad

Responsibilities

Projects:

• Work with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to analyse and develop manpower planning solution to support new development/expansion Infrastructure plans.
• Work on manpower needs projections between 2024 and 2037 to support expansion plans, weaving into consideration and analysis of Nesting (manpower surge ~two years before a campus opens) and where to deploy nesting headcounts, including planning to cater for workspaces.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders from all Institutions/Business Units, including engaging with MOH, to establish baseline staffing norms for all Job Groups in Healthcare cluster.
• Ascertain and reinstate the foundational manpower needs for all job group as the budget planning guidance in addition to existing manpower budget-actual forecasting process.
• Support MOH lead – Medical Workforce Transformation in establishing productivity measure matrix using WAU (Weighted Average Unit) model and evaluate/mapping of medical activities to improve/streamline processes.
• Establish and mange detailed plans, scope milestones and deliverables.
• Assess and manage project risks and mitigation plans, call out necessary escalation whenever needed.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and identify key business challenges and solutions.
• Establish performance indicators, measure, and achievement of desired business outcomes, identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings effectively.
• Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders including vendors.

Analysis:

• Manpower needs analysis (e.g. workload analysis).
• Manpower productivity, parameters, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Above – Major in a quantitative discipline i.e. Finance, statistics, human resources, economics, or any related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Healthcare industry with a sound understanding of various Healthcare workforce job groups is critical to excel in role.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and capable to effectively prioritize/organize work.
• Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong accountability to deliver high quality work.

· Draft recruitment job advertisement for HQ and all brands

· In charge recruitment for headquarters and outlets

HR Admin:

· Documents preparation, include employment contract, job offer letter etc

· Create P-files in dropbox and maintain P-files

· Data management of personal details in HR system

· Support and provide monthly labour costing report and other cost saving, efficiency report

· Insurance claim for workman compensation, FW insurance

· Prepare letter for long service award, confirmation, promotion, etc

· Prepare birthday voucher and update excel record

Work Pass / MOM

· Submit and issue all kinds of work pass for HQ and outlet employees

· Check and maintain quota validity

· Fill up and Submit MOM survey report

Payroll

· Responsible payroll for outlet employees

· Send out payslip, pay adjustment
· CPF Contribution

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENT

- A Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent is preferred;

- Min 2 of HR generalist experience including payroll, recruitment;

- Excellent communication and writing skills;

- Able to adapt well in a challenging and fast-paced environment;

- Able to work independently, positive working attitude;

JOB SKILLS

- HRIS in Prosoft ( UNIT4) will be an advantage

- MS office skills.

Job Description

· Monitor and maintain fleet marine operations status, Sourcing for Vessels when required, searching for business opportunities for chartering of available vessels, verifying and drafting of chartering agreement, Ensure delivery of vessel.

· In-charge of crew selection, conduct interviews, brief crews on the company’s policy and procedures

· In-charge of applying manifest and coordination of vessels going in and out of project site

· Handling Vessel Operations including physical Boarding documentations, clear vessels in/out of port with as little delay as possible, Prepare documentations such as port and immigration clearance, Declaration etc to relevant government statutory departments. Monitor vessel whereabouts and constantly communicate with the boat masters on their location.

· Ensure safe operations of the vessels and compliance to all international marine requirements

· Handling insurance for the company’s fleet of vessels. Proper Records and documentation of insurance for all vessels.

· Liaise with insurance company and crews if vessel require to claim insurance.

· Verify all relevant documents and certificates for newly purchased vessels.

· Other ad-hoc Duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements

· Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.

· Must be competent with ship management( Navigation, information sharing)

· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marine related fields.

· At Least 5 years of experience in marine/shipping industry in Singapore.

· Able to travel overseas.

Security Operations Analyst

Main Duties

· assigns technical tasks and manages delegation for technical issues,

· animates the team to encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices,

· has a role in supporting technical skills development and provides training when required,

· supports new technologies and leverages them to provide consistency of service across streams,

· manages service improvements for all Network and Security services supported throughout the organization,

· documents, reviews, maintains and shares relevant technical information to the team

· provides technical direction, supports services both proactively and reactively to maintain the availability and reliability of system infrastructure in accordance to the SLA,

· implements and develops improvements based on LEAN-CA-CIB best practices,

· Perform real-time analysis and trending of security systems

· Respond to user incident reports and evaluates the type and severity of security events.

· Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Qualifications and Profile

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

· 15+ years of Experience in managing network and security infra.

· 10+ years Experience in handling major network security projects (ex: SDWAN )

· 10+ years Experience in handling Firewalls/IPS/F5/Pulse/Proxies, Routers/Switches.

· At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties: Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies)

Working Hours:

· Primarily match Europe business hours

· On-call support will be expected on a rotational basis
