- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing resumes,
- screening and shortlisting candidates and participating in the selection
- process and managing candidates outcomes.
- Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job
- boards and ensure compliance to local statutory requirements.
- Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process
- and track data and ensure advertisement meet local requirements and
- guidelines.
- Manage resumes received; disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments
- for review and track outcome.
- Implement strategies to drive continuous recruitment efficiencies and quality
- metrics such as time-to-fill vacancies that meet dynamic business needs,
- qualified applicants-per-requisition, acceptance rate, candidate-to-hire
- conversion rate, and retention/satisfaction scores.
- Source candidateson portals, headhunting, social media, and the internal referral program and
- careers job fairs or relevant source of recruitment platforms.
- Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quick turnaround time.Expand and strengthen recruitment channels for existing and future
- openings and internships.
- Tap into diverse recruiting resources that support recruiting activities by
- building relationships with internal and externa groups
- Develop, support, and maintain employment advertising.
Job Requirment
- At least 3 years of experience as an in-house recruiter or as a Recruitment
- Consultant in talent sourcing.
- Diploma / Degree with a qualification in HR Management.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant
- legislations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
- Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business
- leaders in partnership with HR Operations Team on best practices on
- recruitment and external recruitment market conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Drive to success, good in networking
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Prior experience in handling recruitment for mass hiring/non-executive
- positions will be an advantage.
