Salary: $ 3000 - $ 3200 (Depends on Work Experiences)
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Working location: Ang Mo Kio

Key Objectives:
To performs accounting services and providing administrative support. Assist with the maintenance and updates of finance policies and processes.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting
• Able to maintain full set of account
• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedure.
• Assist in the review and recommend new or improvements to finance work processes.
• Daily monitoring of inward transactions.
• Work closely with external counterparts for completion of monthly closing.
• Ensure accurate & timely submission of claims and prompt disbursements.
• Responsible for the processing of GIRO Application Forms and liaison with respective banks for approval.
• Provide reliable details for cashflow projections.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register along with regular asset count.
• Proper documentation of workflow and policies.
• Review AP ageing with long outstanding balances and follow-up closely for closure.
• Liaison with audit partners.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
• Ensures compliance with local government requirements
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Responsibilities / Duties

• To Facilitates recruiting process with hiring manager (sourcing, interviewing and selection).
• To Establishes and maintains open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs.
• To Sources candidates, consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities.
• To Develops and maintains an effective recruiting network, via college and job fair recruiting, conference or meeting attendance, trade journal use, and relationships with agencies and vendors.
• To Determines job offer, working with hiring manager and business unit HR as appropriate. Coordinates job offer process.
• To Ensures all pre-employment screening is completed.

Education / Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
